Would stay here again, it was a fairly nice stay during our visit. The double room is well-appointed and has Netflix and a toaster. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and the staff is amazingly nice.

It was an extremely convenient hotel, nesteled in a Victorian building. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect as it was close to a tube station.

Greatly enjoyed the staff, they were all really good and very welcoming and also gave us information on how to get around. The location was great and the room was clean. A tube station was located very close to the venue. The vibe here was family.

Family room on level 4 accommodated us perfectly. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator worked well. It was in a marvellous and fantastic location very close to an underground station. We had goodies and coffee at Byzantium, it was located very close to the venue.

The venue was stylish and perfect, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was fab close enough to a London square minutes from Hyde Park, all the tourist attractions and Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. Amazingly kind staff, everything was very good. Well-appointed and nicely furnished room with balcony, had a very nice stay. A microwave oven, an electric kettle and refrigerators were provided. The service offered was excellent. I used wake up service and ironing, it's free too.

I stayed in this quirky hotel for 29 days, had wonderful experience, truly enjoyed its fab location so close to Kensington Palace and Portobello Road market as well as subway, buses, restaurants.
Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.
